Headshot Photography for 'Fruition Hawke's Bay'
Studio lighting on location with the staff at Fruition in a Havelock North Orchard.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Fruition Hawke’s Bay, a company renowned for its commitment to sustainable and high-quality horticulture, specializing in premium stone fruit and berry farming. For this shoot, we focused on capturing both individual portraits and team shots in the field, using portable lighting equipment to ensure a clean, professional look that aligns with the company’s values of innovation and care in horticultural practices.
Working in the field allowed us to showcase the team in their natural environment, surrounded by the products they cultivate. Despite the challenges of outdoor lighting conditions, I was able to use portable lights to maintain a consistent and polished aesthetic that highlights the professionalism and expertise of the Fruition team. The light was carefully adjusted to ensure a soft, flattering look while maintaining a natural feel, reflective of Fruition’s work in the orchards.
As a Hawke’s Bay headshot photographer, I take pride in ensuring each shoot is tailored to the brand’s unique story. For Fruition, this meant creating images that not only capture the essence of the people behind the company but also the heart of their work—producing high-quality fruit for New Zealand and beyond. Whether on location or in the studio, my aim is always to bring out the best in both individuals and the business itself, ensuring that each image speaks to their professionalism and the high standards they uphold.
